Martin F. LOEFFLER, President/CEO

Mr. Loeffler has always enjoyed the research of plants and plant biology.  Mr. Loeffler studied in agriculture and received his AS Degree from the College of the Sequoias in Agriculture Year-1984 as an undergraduate.  Mr. Loeffler pursued an agricultural career but have leaned towards research of plant based science and the constituents contained in a variety of living organisms.  Mr. Loeffler's focus has been to research the effects of defined elements contained in living organisms and their effects on human overall health.  Mr. Loeffler's research has led to the aid and development of a New Medical Innovation Cellular Therapy that has a beneficial outcome for patients suffering from Serious or Life-threatening conditions, including various Cancer.

Huu S. TIEU, Chief Science Officer and Head of Regulatory Compliance

Telma S. PEREZ, Chief Finance Officer

Ms. Perez is an accomplished accounting and financial professional with more than thirty-five years of experience financial management, taxation, business consulting, and client advisory services.  Beginning her accounting career in Year-1990, Ms. Perez built her expertise from the ground up, progressively assuming greater levels of responsibility, and leadership throughout her career.  Education Heald Business College in SAN FRANCISCO California Year-1987 – Year-1989.

Ms. Perez Financial Experience: U.S. Department of Defense — Defense Investigative Service - Secretary | May; 1989 – October; 1991 Supported two Deputy Directors of Investigations and handled confidential government files, correspondence, timekeeping, and Special-Agent travel and per diem records.  Held a Top Secret Security Clearance.

Ms. Perez Personal Experience: Phoenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. — Accounting Manager/Human Resources Manager | January; 2002 – June; 2004 Managed full-cycle accounting for an ISO 9001-certified peptide manufacturer, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, journal entries, bank and credit-card reconciliations, cash receipts, wire transfers, collections, and chart-of-accounts maintenance.  Prepared monthly financial analysis reports and reviewed A/R aging, account reconciliations, delinquent accounts, interest billing, and write-off recommendations.  Managed employees in Purchasing, Order Processing, and Reception and oversaw HR functions, employment

documentation, payroll-hour reporting, and governmental compliance.  Supported the Chief Operating Officer with operational and special projects.

Premier Lending Group — Executive Assistant, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources Manager, and Underwriter | February; 2005 – May; 2008 Managed full-cycle accounting for four business entities, including monthly operating bank reconciliations, chart of accounts maintenance, financial reporting, and prepared financial reports for the CEO and obtained warehouse lines and lines of credit. Analyzed borrower income and liabilities, processed residential and refinance loans,

coordinated with lenders and title companies, and managed loan conditions through closing.  Supported human resources and management functions, including team-leader interaction and staff mediation.

Ronald P. MARMOLEJO, D.P.M., Research and Development of Communication

Dr. Marmolejo received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and is Board Certified as a Podiatric Surgeon.  Dr. Marmolejo clinical expertise is specifically for the following; Foot and Surgery, Biomechanics, Sports Injuries, Reconstruction Surgery, Diabetic Foot Care, and general Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco California.

Lucius HILL Jr., D.P.M., Research and Development of Communication

Dr. Hill received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and is Board Certified as a American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery, Fellow American College of Lower Extremity Surgeons, Diplomat American Council of Certified Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons, American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, American Association of Hospitals Podiatrists, American Podiatric Circulatory Society, and American Society of Podiatric Legal Medicine.  Bachelor of Science in Biology - Cal State University of San Bernardino Residency V.A. and Medical Center Palo Alto California Stanford Teaching Hospitals.  

Edgar AYALA, Clinical Nurse Consultant

Mr. Ayala has dedicated Registered Nurse with over twenty years of clinical experience, specializing in Trauma, Emergency, and Intensive Care Units.  Mr. Ayala journey into the medical field began during a life-changing experience in Year-1999. Mr. Ayala has  developed a strong clinical foundation through his work in various roles, including as a Clinical Nurse Consultant and Pharmaceuticals representative.  In these capacities, Mr. Ayala collaborated with Golden Sunrise  Nutraceutical on research aimed at treating Serious or Life-threatening conditions, including various Cancer patients.

Jamie GENTRY, Healthcare Billing Officer

Ms. Gentry has a versatile employment background ranging from agricultural research to health related sectors.  Ms. Gentry experience with insurance claims management stemmed from her employment with Anthem BlueCross of California from Year-2001 through Year-2003.  Ms. Gentry graduated from Five Branches University in Year-2025 with her Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  As an advocate for patient dignity, safety, and access to high quality health care, she pursued a post-doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to extend her experience and research while she treats patients in various regions of California.

For over twenty years, Ms. Harral is been a Professor of Health Education at Porterville College.  Ms. Harral holds a Master's degree in education and training as a Licensed Practical Nurse, a Digestion Specialist, and a Functional Bloodwork Specialist.

Mr. Aziar is manage and coordinate ongoing development and maintenance of the NutrCoin App mobile application for iOS and Android.  Mr. Aziar received his Bachelor Degree in Economics & Management from International University of Casablanca Year-2023 and he received Diploma of Computer Technology from College Universel Montreal Canada Year-2025.
