Compiling observations and administration of Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical (Golden Sunrise) dietary supplement products should always be under the supervision of a licensed physicians, registered nurse, and medical specialists in the medical field.  Recommendations for Golden Sunrise products are based on the following a clinical assessment; Medical evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, monitoring, and medical report results of the patient.


1.0. CANCER CASE REPORTS

1.1. Patient with Pancreatic Cancer.

G.T. is a 71-year-old Hispanic male that was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer on May 01, 2025.  Patient complained of lower back pain, was increasingly constipated, fatigued, and depressed from the diagnosis.  Patient heard of Golden Sunrise products for alternative Cancer Treatment through his family and set up an appointment with Oakview Medical Group.  Patient agreed to try it's Cancer Treatment and Sonja I. FONTANA (Mrs. Fontana) discussed his options and prescribed Cancer Treatment for him on May 17, 2025.  Results: Shortly after patient was taking Cancer Treatment, he could have a Bowel Movement (BM) and after this he steadily improved his BM to 3-times per day.  After a month patient's energy level noticeably improved, patient's health improved where he could walk outside, his depression no longer was an issue, his back pain which he claimed he suffered from for many years no longer was an issue, recovery continued and his health improved, mental clarity, and none of the previous issues were of note by this time.

1.2. Patient with Prostate Cancer.

C.S. is an 83-year-old white male that was diagnosed with prostate cancer on October 10, 2024.  Patient complained of an increase feeling tired all the time and had no energy function in day-to-day task.  After patient diagnosis he was asked to take chemotherapy treatment by his initial physician but refused.  Patient was looking for alternative therapies and wished to used herbal, botanical, or nutritional alternatives.  Patient heard Golden Sunrise dietary supplement products for alternative Cancer Treatment and consented to take alternative Cancer Treatment.  The Cancer Treatment was administered by Oakview Medical Group under supervision of Mrs. Fontana.  Results: After Cancer Treatment, patient again said he had more energy to do whatever he wanted and was very happy with the results from alternative Cancer Treatment.  Patient went to his oncologist for medical checkup as his prostate cancer on May 10, 2025.  The oncologist and received blood report results that showed patient improvement and did not move forward with any chemotherapy treatment and said to keep doing what you are doing.

1.3. Patient with Esophageal Cancer.

R.H. is a 54-year-old white male that was diagnosed with esophageal cancer late stage II or early stage III on December 26, 2016.  Patient was rushed to the local emergency room where testing immediately began and the diagnosis was made.  Patient progression was collapsed for no apparent reason and began spewing blood on December 25, 2016.  Patient refused standard medical chemotherapy treatment, radiation, and surgery at HOUSTON Texas Hospital (Hospital).  Patient had pain in knees for 20-years from playing professional Football, patient claimed that to sleep he could have to "Ice" on his knees to deal with the pain.  Currently, patient is being evaluated for head trauma and his NFL concussion and as Neuro researchers examine positive early detection of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) or other disease.  Patient started with Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Cancer Treatment (Cancer Treatment) on February 02, 2017.  Results: After the patient was administered the Cancer Treatment, and showed improvement in blood report results.  The physician at Hospital after reviews both the positive blood report results and positive medical scan results.  Patient was referred back to primary care physician and no chemotherapy treatment was prescribed.

1.4. Patient with Esophageal Cancer Carcinoma.

D.D. is a 52-year-old Asian male that diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer on July 17, 2007 Endoscopic Biopsy -- Invasive Moderately Differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma and patient exclusively alternative medicine.  Patient can't eat normal food with no obstruction to the throat. Patient started taking Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Cancer Treatment (Cancer Treatment) on July 26, 2017.  Results: Within 1-hour of administering Cancer Treatment patient noticed increased alertness, energy, and sedation.

1.5. Patient with Colon Cancer.

1.6. Patient with Colon Cancer (Known Rectal Cancer).

W.B. is a 79-year-old white male that was diagnosed with Metastatic Rectal Cancer, Mets to Liver, Fatigued, and Anemia on April 03, 2012.  Patient had recently received chemotherapy and Radiation treatment do not produce a positive outcome.  The patient with metastatic/terminal rectal cancer, exhausted multiple lines of chemotherapy treatment with significant side-effects, requiring him to hold on further chemotherapy.  Multiple physicians recommended the patient to Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical since the patient continued to decline in Serious or Life-threatening conditions.  Patient started taking Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Cancer Treatment (Cancer Treatment) on April 04, 2012 prescribed by physician.  Results: After Cancer Treatment, patient improved energy levels and immune system dramatically.  Patient is still taking Cancer Treatment that he is being prescribed by physician and has been off chemotherapy treatment for more than 9-months.  Clinically, patient is stable and not willing to proceed with any other line of chemotherapy treatment.  On November 19, 2012, physician did inform patient that there is new option now fpr metastatic Rectal Cancer patients, but again the patient is feeling great and do not see any reason for intervention at this point.

M.B. is a 69-year-old white male that was diagnosed with chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia on August 17, 2010.  Patient started taking Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Cancer Treatment (Cancer Treatment) on October; 2015.  This was because of the concern about falling Red Blood Count (RBC) and Platelet count.  Results: After Cancer Treatment blood report results RBC and Platelet count levels had increased.

1.9. Patient with Breast Cancer

J.P. is a 44-year-old white female that was diagnosed with stage I breast cancer on December; 2018 and was found with a lump.  Patient had refused chemotherapy treatment, radiotherapy, and surgery.  Patient only interested Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Cancer Treatment (Cancer Treatment) and was begun in February 10, 2019.  Results: The patient received Cancer Treatment for approximately five-months until was found that the patient was in remission on July 31, 2019 and patient will undergo with Cryoablation on July 31, 2009 at 3:00 P.M.

S.R. is a 87-year-old Hispanic male that was diagnosed positive with COVID-19 on April 14, 2020.  Patient has diabetes mellitus type II, hypertension, heart attack history with by-pass graft surgery, but no history of lung or kidney problems.  Patient was recovering from right hip surgery at a nursing home when he was sent to Hospital Center (Hospital) in VISALIA California, for respiratory distress on April 14, 2020.  Patient chest X-ray showed bilateral pneumonia and he tested positive for COVID-19 that day.  Patient required intubation tube and ventilator support in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on April 14, 2020.  On the day before patient was discharged on April 28, 2020, when he was on a regular Hospital floor, the doctor was willing to start the Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical products as part of the Metabolic Treatment (Metabolic Treatment) at the family’s request.  Results: After Metabolic Treatment, patient was discharged from the Hospital on April 29, 2020 without repeat COVID-19 testing since he was going home. 8.0. MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (MS) CASE REPORT

8.1. Patient with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

E.B. is a 46-year-old white male that was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in June; 2003.  Patient was first suspected as having lime disease but upon further testing it was found to be MS, patient experienced almost total immobility of legs, and arms.  What mobility there was, showed extreme spasmodic function, and continual degradation of motor function until he was bedridden.  Patient was debilitated from the beginning and wasn't responding to prescription drugs, so patient did three rounds of chemotherapy treatment to stop the progression.  Patient was able regain quite a bit of his function, but experienced significant pain.  Patient was in a significant amount of pain despite being on multiple pain despite being on multiple heavy pain medications.  On November 01, 2016 patient ended up in the Hospital for 24-hours, due to complications of his MS.  When the patient came home from the Hospital he was now bed bound and completely dependent.  Patient began taking Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Metabolic Treatment (Metabolic Treatment) on October 04, 2017.  Results: A positive response to a first dose of Metabolic Treatment is generally a good sign, indicating the Metabolic Treatment is having effectiveness this refers to Real-World Evidence.  Over the course of Metabolic Treatment the patient has experienced improved motor function to where he can sit in a wheelchair, move himself and can sit on the toilet without the aid of the caregiver.  Patient continues to show marked improvement as the Metabolic Treatment progresses and show improvement supporting the physical observations.  In December; 2018 patients is off his pain medications and patient is no longer on his MS medications including high doses of eight plus medications.  Within a year the patient taking Metabolic Treatment has cognitive function returned.  On April 29, 2020 he can talk and eat again.  Patient's limbs function are return in after Metabolic Treatment and now with physical therapy he has been able to walk assisted small distances.  Patient is able to stand for a short time and quality-of-life has significantly improved.

10.0. PARKINSON'S DISEASE CASE REPORT

10.1. Patient with Parkinson's Disease.
