G.T. is a 71-year-old Hispanic male that was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer on May 01, 2025. Patient complained of lower back pain, was increasingly constipated, fatigued, and depressed from the diagnosis. C.S. is an 83-year-old white male that was diagnosed with prostate cancer on October 10, 2024. Patient complained of an increase feeling tired all the time and had no energy function in day-to-day task. After patient diagnosis he was asked to take chemotherapy treatment by his initial physician but refused. Patient was looking for alternative therapies and wished to used herbal, botanical, or nutritional alternatives. Patient heard Golden Sunrise dietary supplement products for alternative Cancer Treatment and consented to take alternative Cancer Treatment. 1.3. Patient with Esophageal Cancer.
R.H. is a 54-year-old white male that was diagnosed with esophageal cancer late stage II or early stage III on December 26, 2016. Patient was rushed to the local emergency room where testing immediately began and the diagnosis was made. Patient progression was collapsed for no apparent reason and began spewing blood on December 25, 2016. Patient refused standard medical chemotherapy treatment, radiation, and surgery at HOUSTON Texas Hospital (Hospital). Patient had pain in knees for 20-years from playing professional Football, patient claimed that to sleep he could have to "Ice" on his knees to deal with the pain. The chemotherapy treatment, radiation, and surgery left the patient weak, unable to get out and play, he couldn't sleep, and had seizures up to about ten times daily. Patient family didn't believe he had a chance to live because the oncologist said that patient had an infection in his brain which was of grave concern and gave no hope for the patient to survive. 8.0. MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (MS) CASE REPORT
8.1. Patient with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
E.B. is a 46-year-old white male that was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in June; 2003. Patient was first suspected as having lime disease but upon further testing it was found to be MS, patient experienced almost total immobility of legs, and arms. What mobility there was, showed extreme spasmodic function, and continual degradation of motor function until he was bedridden. Patient was debilitated from the beginning and wasn't responding to prescription drugs, so patient did three rounds of chemotherapy treatment to stop the progression. Patient was able regain quite a bit of his function, but experienced significant pain. Patient was in a significant amount of pain despite being on multiple pain despite being on multiple heavy pain medications. On November 01, 2016 patient ended up in the Hospital for 24-hours, due to complications of his MS. When the patient came home from the Hospital he was now bed bound and completely dependent. Patient began taking Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Metabolic Treatment (Metabolic Treatment) on October 04, 2017. Results: A positive response to a first dose of Metabolic Treatment is generally a good sign, indicating the Metabolic Treatment is having effectiveness this refers to Real-World Evidence. Over the course of Metabolic Treatment the patient has experienced improved motor function to where he can sit in a wheelchair, move himself and can sit on the toilet without the aid of the caregiver. 9.1. Patient with a Right Carotid Artery Dissection Resulting in Stroke.
S.M. is a 41-year-old white male that was diagnosed with a right carotid artery dissection which resulted in a stroke on June 29, 2010. Patient was suffering from complications to brain surgery. Part of the patient is skull had been removed, etc. Patient had experienced hiccups and headaches over 7-months and he was living with headaches daily, and loss of function to his left arm. Patient started taking Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Metabolic Treatment (Metabolic Treatment) on January 20, 2011. Results: The patient was administered Metabolic Treatment and immediately noticed hiccups stopped, his headaches disappeared for 7-months period with reduced chronic pain, and recovery of arm function was returning.

10.0. PARKINSON'S DISEASE CASE REPORT
10.1. Patient with Parkinson's Disease.
M.S. is a 62-year-old white male that was diagnosed by a neurologist with Parkinson's disease on January; 2018 and in April; 2018 was tested heavy metal toxicity high in mercury, lead, and cadmium on May; 2018. Patient immune system was obviously weakened and was prescribed the prescription drugs. Since patient had not experienced any improvement from the prescription medications. Patient felt worse with the prescription drugs, he discontinued using it because didn't help at all and causing side-effects. Patient states the side-effects from prescription drugs swelling in the lower extremities, lower leg, feet swelled severely, and the left foot. The swelling caused a tendon to separate and my big toe on my left foot goes inward. This has resulted in 2-foot surgeries on October; 2019 and on February; 2020. Mother of patient states that during the seizures, the eyes, eyelids dropped down, and that has seizures 30-times per day. Patient started taking Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical Metabolic Treatment (Metabolic Treatment ) on June 23, 2008.
